The Crewmax has a foot more rear seat room than the Double Cab ans has reclining rear seats. The BIG difference is the bed size. The Crewmax is only available with a 5-1/2 foot bed. The Double Cab bed is 6-1/2' standard with an option for an 8' bed. The choice depends on whether you will need that bed space.
