Company is working extensively to listen to the voice of the clinicians/non-clinical staff to make positive changes. Cons. Too much change over a period of time without the appropriate change management/communication. I feel that I am set up to succeed at Lifestance. I feel there is flexibility in being able to create one's own work schedule.
