it's a VERY bad idea to delete the MeshCentral root certificate. it will force MeshCentral to re-generate the certificate on start and can mess up a lot of things since the other certificates (like the agent, amt and code signing certificates) will no longer be signed by the correct root. I am not sure I can help anymore without more information.
