The name was changed to Metrocrest Community Clinic and its focus became primary care. In 2016, the Clinic received new grant funding from Metrocrest Hospital Authority, Dallas Women’s Foundation, and the American Heart Association. The Clinic focused its resources on Chronic Disease Management, Disease Prevention, and Women’s Health.
