We spent there 2 hours and enjoyed every minute. To enjoy the most , this is what is reccomended to do. When you arrive, you go into the dressing room and you have to take a shower, then put on your bathing suit. Then you start off in the sauna and only then go outside, down the stairs and slide into the water.
