Product Description. Yoga is a vital part of any fitness program loke P90X. This routine combines strength, balance, coordination, flexibility, and breath work to enhance your physique and calm your mind. Yoga X will leave you feeling energized, invigorated, and maybe a little enlightened.

P90x yoga. Especially when Yoga X in the first P90X is 90 minutes long. Great workout, but the time sucks. The one thing that seems to be lacking from the P90X3 schedule is the inclusion of the Ab Ripper workout, but it's in the packages. I don't think it's completely necessary since the Pilates workout seems to be quite Ab-centric.

Nothing hits the same as that original p90x yoga video. The first 45 minutes is like getting through hell and then the next 45 minutes are so relaxing and satisfying. By the end, every inch of your body is stretched out, you've gotten a cardio workout, and you feel absolutely amazing and at peace. I don't consider myself an expert at yoga.
