Rear shocks leaking

Dealer says the left rear shock is leaking oil and needs to be replaced. Both are recommended to be replaced. $352 per side, $704 + tax total. Can anyone confirm if these pictures justify a replacement? The left defiantly seems 'wetter', but no huge oil streaks, and I've yet to noticed any drops in the garage etc.
