Remember both TotK and BotW runs with 900p in Docked Mode, unless you upscale the game and using FSR. Use scaled resolution and maybe apply FSR mod for downscaling fix if you are playing in handheld mode! Increase resolution. With the two mods running, if I'm looking at the final room of the shrine I get less than 20fps, turning off the 720p cheat fixes this but then the artifacts come back. Looking at some areas in the overworld also tank performance, any time i look west (towards a specific floating island) I go below 30 fps.
