(Crispy brussels sprouts with coriander seed, barberries, and garlic, oh my! Olive-oil ice cream. How interesting!) But Washington was a different place then.Zaytinya. 2. Jaleo. 3. Oyamel. But all of them are VERY good and have fun atmospheres. Zaytinya happens to be one of my all-time favorites in DC. You should be able to get reservations at any of these for 6:30pm or earlier. (I'm not sure if this is true of Oyamel, but I know it's true for Zaytinya and Jaleo.)
